Welcome to Cardlivo
Identify Pokémon and Magic cards from photos, then price, sort and list them.
Scan & Match
Scan, match, and price cards (eBay + TCGplayer) in one pass.
Scanned cards
Accept a match to save its cropped image and keep it listed here for export - accepted cards stay in the list so you can review the whole batch, then export everything to eBay CSV together. Reject to drop a card from this batch; nothing is ever written to disk for a rejected card.
Nothing scanned yet - click Scan Now above to start. Your cards appear here once they're matched.
Batch actions
Apply to every card in this scanCorrections awaiting review
Submissions from anyone's Scan & Match session land here first - approving adds the photo to the shared index for everyone; rejecting discards it. Nothing here affects matching until you approve it.

Card index
Downloads card images from each source below, computes a visual fingerprint for each and stores it in the shared database. One-time job per language (can take a while) and resumable if interrupted. Thai, Chinese, and Indonesian coverage may be thinner than English/Japanese depending on official card availability.
Build the index
Uncheck any source you don't need updated right now - a run only fetches card lists for the sources checked below, so narrowing this down is a lot faster than a full rebuild when you're only retrying the one that failed or changed.
Card sets (era / set)
Re-scrapes artofpkm.com's own Era/Set directory - powers the Era and Set pickers in Scan Settings' Advanced Matching - and cross-references jp.pokellector.com to fill in each set's short official code, for Advanced Matching's "look up by set code" field. Only needs re-running when a new set is added; existing card matching is untouched either way.
Price lookup
Price a folder of card photos against eBay and TCGplayer.
Folders
Nothing priced yet - choose a folder and run a lookup.
Sorting uses each card's best available price: your own price if you've set one, otherwise eBay's median. The totals at the top cover every priced card, regardless of the search box.
Condition check
Check a card before you send it for grading. Cardlivo measures its centering against PSA's limits and shows its corners and edges up close, so you can judge the wear yourself.
For the best result
- One card, out of its sleeve or toploader
- A plain background that's a different colour from the card's border
- Even light from above - no lamp off to one side, so there's no shadow along an edge
- Straight down from above, with background showing all round the card
A flatbed scan works too. Sheet-feed scanners usually cut off the top edge - Cardlivo says which sides it couldn't check.
Sort My Cards
Point Cardlivo at a folder of card photos. It works out each card's set, lets you check everything, then moves the cards into one folder per set.
Choose your folders
Cards already named by Scan & Match are read from their filename. Anything else, like img20260930_17374446.jpg, is identified from the photo - and you approve those before anything moves.
Only the front is matched - a card back looks the same on every card. Each back moves into the same set folder as its front and is renamed to match it, like img0001 Back.jpg, the same way Scan & Match names backs. Backs already named that way always stay with their front.
- IdentifyEvery photo in the folder, by filename or by image.
- CheckReview the groups, fix anything wrong, approve image matches.
- MoveCardlivo makes a folder per set in your destination folder and moves the cards in. Undo is there if you need it.
Moving files needs browser folder access that Firefox, Safari and phones don't offer. Nothing is moved until you press Move on the review screen.
Find Pokemon cards
Search the whole shared reference index by Pokemon name - across every language Cardlivo has, not just the one you type. Only shows cards Cardlivo has actually indexed, so a real card may still be missing if the index doesn't have it yet.
Search for a Pokemon by name above.
My inventory and collection
Save cards you've scanned or priced into Binders (albums) or Boxes (physical storage boxes) - each with its own color so a long list is easy to tell apart.

Analytics
Visits to the home page, clicks on Watch the overview and Take a Tour, and how far people get. Anonymous - nothing here can identify anyone.
Landing page
cardlivo.com home page - real browsers only, search-engine robots aren't countedTake a Tour
clicks on Take a Tour - on the website or in the appA visit is one load of the home page in a browser - robots that only read the page aren't counted. New visitor means that browser had never visited before. Where visitors came from uses only the kind of website they arrived from (Google, eBay...), never the page or search words. Watched the overview counts clicks on the YouTube button on the home page - YouTube itself says how much of the video they watched. A Take a Tour click is any press of Take a Tour - on the website or in the app. New means that browser had never clicked it before (the same person on a phone and a computer counts twice). Finished means they reached "That's the tour". Chapters show, for everyone who started or finished a chapter, how many got to its end and the step most people left on.

eBay settings
How Cardlivo builds your eBay CSV exports and direct uploads.
Store profiles
Pick a store to see and edit its settings. Each store connects to its own eBay account and keeps its own copy of every setting below, including saved title templates. + Add store starts a new one from a copy of any store.

Listing defaults
Applied to every row of an eBay CSV export - the ungraded condition options change to match whichever category you pick, since eBay uses a different condition scale for Collectible Card Games than it does for Sports/Non-Sport singles.
Title structure
Click a variable to insert it into the structure below. Variables marked (not tracked yet) are reserved for data Cardlivo doesn't collect per-card yet, so they'll come out blank in the title until that's added - safe to include now, they'll just start working later.
Keep a few ready-made structures for different kinds of listings (e.g. one for Japanese singles, one for English) and switch between them instead of rebuilding one each time.
Always capitalize these variables
Subtitle
Displays an extra line of text beneath your listing title. eBay bills its own separate charge for this - it stays switched off until you flip it on yourself.
SKU
Used for the Custom Label column on export, and as the {sku} title variable above.
Which photo goes in the CSV's PicURL column - eBay fetches this URL itself, so it has to be a real internet-hosted image, not a file on your computer.
Extra photos for every listing
Photos added after the card's own photos on every listing in this store - your packaging, your store logo, a thank-you card. The card's photo always stays first, because that's the one buyers see in search results. Drag a photo (or use its arrows) to change the order.
Cardlivo keeps these photos with your eBay settings until you remove them. Each time you export a CSV or upload to eBay, a copy goes up with that batch's card photos and is deleted after 2 hours, the same as the card photos - eBay keeps its own copy once the listing is made. Works with either image source above.
Duplicate cards
Cards already on eBay
Before a CSV export or an upload, Cardlivo looks through this store's live Buy It Now listings. If a card is already listed, it adds your new copy to that listing's quantity available instead of making a second listing.
Includes listings you made on eBay, in Seller Hub or from a CSV - not only ones Cardlivo uploaded. Auctions, graded cards and lots are left alone. Each eBay store checks its own listings.
More than one copy of the exact same card (same card, same variant) in a single Scan & Match batch or Price Lookup export, that isn't already listed.
When combining, the first copy found sets the listing's price, title, and photo - later copies of that same card only add to the Quantity. Cards don't need to be scanned back to back for this to catch them; it looks at the whole batch or export, in whatever order they were found.
Pick a card listings
eBay Variant – Pick a Card Listing
One eBay listing holds many cards from the same set and condition. Buyers pick the card they want from a drop-down, and each card keeps its own price, quantity and photo. With Use by default on, the upload window opens on this choice for this store.
A template keeps a title, description, main image, the price at which a card is listed on its own, how many cards go in one listing, your policies and Best Offer. Each eBay store has its own.
eBay business policies
eBay's bulk upload identifies your Payment, Return, and Shipping policies by exact name, not by picking them from a list - enter them precisely as they appear on your Manage business policies page on eBay (this is case-sensitive and typo-sensitive). All three are required for every eBay listing, so a CSV export will be rejected without them.
Shipping settings
Optional - both fields map straight to eBay's own bulk-CSV columns. Leave either blank to fall back to whatever is already set on your eBay account.
Best Offer settings
Lets buyers propose their own price instead of paying the listed price outright.
Shipping by price range
Assign a different shipping profile based on the card's price - e.g. cheap cards use Economy, expensive ones use Express. The matching profile is filled in automatically on export instead of the plain Shipping policy name above; a price outside every range still falls back to that default.
Cross-border and override settings
An edge case, not a default - skip this unless you already know you need it. It exists for sellers whose shipping origin doesn't match their listing marketplace (say, warehousing out of Poland while your storefront targets eBay UK). Every field here starts blank, which tells Cardlivo to just inherit whatever's already configured on your connected eBay account.
eBay Store categories
Skip this unless you run an eBay Store with its own category structure - without one, every listing just lands in the store's catch-all "Other" bucket.
The ID needs to match a category that genuinely exists in your store - confirm it under Seller Hub → Store → Categories on eBay, or skip the guesswork with Sync from eBay above. Choosing a parent nests this as a sub-category; leave it unset to keep it top-level.
Which saved category (if any) to stamp on every CSV export row.
My eBay listings
Every card Cardlivo has published live to your eBay account via Upload to eBay Store, most recent first - a direct record here so you don't have to wait on eBay's own search to confirm an upload actually worked.
